Copyright and Takedown Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Alu News respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. This policy explains how rights holders can request review of material published on https://aliacar.net.tr.
Our approach
We use original writing, licensed or permitted material, public-interest references, links, and embedded content where appropriate. Ownership of third-party trademarks, photographs, video, and quoted material remains with the respective rights holders.
Submitting a notice
A copyright or rights complaint should identify the protected work, identify the exact page and material complained of, explain the basis of the claim, provide the claimant’s name and a reliable contact method, include a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act.
How to send a notice
Use the process on our Contact Us page and clearly label the request Copyright Notice. Because the site does not currently publish a dedicated contact email, you may leave a brief comment requesting private follow-up on the relevant article. Do not include private identification documents or other sensitive information in a public comment.
Review and action
We may request additional information, temporarily restrict access, add attribution, replace material, or remove material while reviewing a credible complaint. We may also notify the contributor or source and consider applicable exceptions such as quotation, reporting, criticism, review, or fair use/fair dealing.
False or abusive notices
Knowingly false or misleading complaints may cause harm and may carry legal consequences. Submit notices only when you have a good-faith basis.
Counter-notices
A person whose material is affected may provide an explanation, evidence of permission, ownership, mistaken identification, or an applicable legal exception. Restoration will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate and technically possible, we may restrict contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material.
No legal advice
This policy is informational and does not determine the legal merits of a claim. Parties should obtain independent legal advice when necessary.
